You acknowledge that you only have one (1) chance at time of purchase to change the desired color. After file has been sent, you cannot request a color change and agree to leave color as is.

You are allowed to dye and/or change the style of the mane, any clothing or accessories, horn shape, or paint their horns.

You agree that you recognize that your Valshun has a unique serial number and that this number will remain with it even if it is sold to a new home.

If you purchase a Valshun that comes with a ref, you recognize this is a preset ref that uses premade assets to show colors and patterns.

You are allowed to commission art of it.

You agree not to resell your Valshun for more than the sold price, UNLESS you have commission work from other artists that will be sold along side it.

You will not change the color or markings of the Valshun you agreed to adopt.

You agree that you will not make your own Valshun as they are still a closed species.

You are allowed to use it in personal worldbuilding or projects.

You do not have marketing or copyright rights to use this for public domain

You will not use or make AI art with your Valshun

You will not use your Valshun to spread any sort of hate speech or symbolism including but not limited to homophobia, transphobia, nazi/facist symbolism, racism, genocide etc.

You acknowledge and agree that if you do depict your Valshun in any type of hate speech or symbolism that it will be taken back without a refund and resold and you will be blacklisted from any future adopts of any kind.
